DIY Valentine’s Cards
This Valentine’s Day, be extra creative with your Valentine’s Day card for your loved ones. Expensive gifts and general Valentine’s Day cards are nothing compared to DIY Valentine’s Cards like this ONE. More than the usual Valentine’s Day greetings, why not go for messages that they’ll remember forever.
What You Will Need For This DIY Valentine’s Cards Project:
- A Deck of Cards
- A list of your “52 things” that you love about someone
- A Hole Punch
- 2 Binder Rings
- Scissors
- Blank Sheets of Paper (or if you use blank labels, ignore the glue)
- Glue or Double-Sided Tape
- A Black Marker
How To Make This DIY Valentine’s Cards Project:
Make sure all your cards are in order and are facing the right way up. Punch holes in the deck of cards. Try to be quite exact so that these DIY Valentine’s cards line up when you put them back together again.
Insert the ring binders through the holes.
Print out things that you love about your partner (this is also a cute thing to do for your kids) and either print them out or write them on blank white labels. You can also just write your feelings on plain white paper and stick them on to each card with a glue stick or some double-sided tape.
Place the deck in a cute cardboard gift box and it will be a perfect gift for your loved one. You don’t have to wait for Valentine’s Day to do this either, you can make it for other special occasions, too.
