Since our products are custom-made, we’re unfortunately unable to accept change-of-mind returns on items like clothing name stamps and other personalized goods.
However, if something’s not quite right, just please reach out within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo, and we’ll do our best to help. For returns not related to a product fault, a small return shipping fee may apply ($4.95) just to help cover postage. Please contact our customer service team.
